Positive attitude and positive thoughts are the only way to live happily. If you keep thinking in a negative way, it will affect you and even can happen in your real life. For example: If you say, “I am sad,” you will always have that in your life. That is what happened to me once. I was thinking in a negative way for a long time. I fully understand that we can never stay positive all the time. People have bad times and days. But when you stay that way for a long time, things will just get worse for you. You have to understand when you are thinking negatively, please say, “Stop, I don’t need it.” For instance, when I say, “I am depressed.” I’d like to change this to a positive one by saying, “Yes, I am happy.” Notice the difference. The first one is negative. On the other hand, the second one is positive and will make you more relaxed.

What many people don’t understand is that it usually takes 21 days for us to change our bad habits. So if you were thinking in a wrong way for a long time, it would take me at least for 21 days to change it to think positively. For many reasons, people give up at this point. They say that they have not noticed any changes in two weeks. They shall keep trying instead of giving up.

Make Your Life Better

Staying positive really works well in all aspects of your life. For example: If you want to get a job, never say, “It’s difficult to find a job.” Say something positive such as: “Yes, I will keep trying. My chance will come to me soon.” Have you got the difference? It sounds more positive.

Give More Motivation

sadNever give up no matter what happens. This is the best momentum for you all to feel better because now you already know you have the power to change your life by thinking positively. You can live a really joyful life with just a change of mindset. All of us have to work on staying positive all the time.

As a human, sometimes I have bad times and feel depressed, but then I open my eyes and realize that it is not right. Immediately I change my mindset to be positive instead of feeling depressed days and nights. Anyone can do the same, and you can too.
Always remember a positive mindset will bring you a positive life.
